Almost a third of OKW’s staff has started in June. Whether it’s recent graduates searching for their first job or more seasoned designers looking for a change, this month always keeps us on our toes and with our heads in the onboarding process. This year is no exception, as we’re happy to introduce our community to four new OKWers!

Danielle LaSusa
Danielle started at OKW last summer as an intern. Now finished with her masters program, she has joined us s a full-time associate! We love it when interns level-up to employees.

Matt joins OKW as a Project Architect with considerable experience in multifamily, hospitality, and commercial interiors. He’s also a train nerd and goes on “rail binges” across the country on Amtrak.

Just like Danielle, Keegan was here last year as a summer intern. This year, he’s back for round two. With another year under his belt, he’s eager to put his upgraded skills to the test.

With her undergraduate degree in hand from the Ohio State University, Kelly is an OKWer for the summer until it’s time to start the next chapter of her studies at IIT.
