OKW’s Sustainable Action Group leads the charge within our office in sourcing environmentally friendly, regenerative, and sustainable materials, practices, and vendors. The goal is to ensure that each project achieves the best possible result for our clients, their communities, and the surrounding environment.
Planning
In all projects, before we begin to explore aesthetic issues, it is essential to develop a broad understanding of the planning drivers.
That’s why we get in the weeds with surrounding property uses, underlying zoning, stormwater management, pedestrian and vehicular circulation, building orientation, and preservation of green space.
