Also known as Esplenade II, this suburban corporate office building has kept its mojo and its ability to attract tenants throughout and after the pandemic.
The building was fully leased when its new owner decided to invest in giving it a comprehensive refresh. This meant upgrading the tenant and guest experience while upgrading its amenity program.
In 2021, one of its major tenants announced that they were leaving. Within a few months of releasing our renderings of the new concept for the building, the vacancy was absorbed by a new tenant, bringing the building’s occupancy back above 95%.
The project is just a few weeks away from completion. It’s another example of how expectations are rising for the suburban corporate office, a force that is out to show that they can go toe-to-toe with their downtown counterparts.
