The OKW Intern Program provides structure, education, and opportunities for personal growth.


Our interns are important to how we do our work and how we run our office. Not only do we give them real responsibilities and meaningful work, we seek to develop them as well-rounded architects and professionals.

Below is a roster of the wonderful people who have finished OKW’s Intern Program.
Each one is an incredibly talented professional whose careers we celebrate proudly.


In their own words…

“I have also gained so much respect for the collaboration and coordination necessary at a professional level to solve problems successfully. Working as an architectural intern at OKW this summer has been an incredible experience.”

Jackson interned at OKW while pursuing his Master’s degree at the University of Illinois.

“It has made me shift my goals. After seeing firsthand how complex and exciting commercial projects can be, I am more interested in working on these projects post graduation.”

Kelly interned in between her Bachelors (The Ohio State University) and Masters (IIT) degrees.

“I appreciated the opportunity to get to work with so many different project teams, to attend real project meetings, and take on a variety of different roles.”

Keegan interned over two summers while pursuing his Bachelors degree at CalPoly.
