Bryan began his career at OKW as an intern, quickly growing into a trusted resource not only for his technical acumen, but for his punctilious dedication to quality. The latter has inspired an ongoing series that he gives to current staff called “Thinking Like BZ,” which aims to elevate how we all work. Thanks to his passion for the finer details, he has been a crucial part of the design development, technical specifications, and project administration for a host of projects ranging from senior living to hospitality.
Outside of architecture, his interests hinge on meticulous, careful creation and watching the details: gardening and cooking. Somehow, he translates his love of superstructures and detailing building envelopes into horticulture, and that’s how mapo tofu has become a Friday night staple in his house.
