15 East Oak Lobby

Cut out of the former Barney’s New York, this elegant lobby will greet the office tenants on the floors above. Its intricate feature wall ripples as the centerpiece of the space, which is a mixture of sumptuous natural materials.

Mixed-use Fulton Market project nears the finish line

Chicago YIMBY stopped by 932 W Randolph, a mixed-use project for our client L3 Capital, to document its nearly-finished state. We’re excited to see this one open in early 2022!
