The Sheridan

River Forest, Illinois

On the border between Oak Park and River Forest, our client saw a need for a refined senior living concept. Following the successful buildout and opening of The Sheridan at Park Ridge, our client asked us to put the team back together for another challenging, but exciting project.

The Sheridan at River Forest is a four-story senior living community. It provides both Assisted Living and Memory Care across 125 units and 117,000 SF. The project, along with its horizontally-oriented, early Prairie-style architecture, was designed to work in harmony with its surroundings, with materials reflecting the building’s neighbors and environment.
