OKW is looking for a full-time creative, passionate, and thoughtful Senior Project Designer with over 10 years of design experience.
If you can work independently developing designs from concept level through design development while mentoring Project Designers, then let’s talk.
The Senior Project Designer will need to be very comfortable …
… initiating and creating designs and plans of all phases of architecture and engineering, including site planning, programming, schematic design, and construction documents on projects of various size and complexity;
… maintaining an understanding of current software and advances technology for design and graphic communication;
… mentoring other architects and designers;
… and fostering an atmosphere of love for design and innovation throughout the office.
