OKW conceived a true mixed use plan for a prominent corner in Northwest suburban Lincolnshire, including luxury rental apartments, office and retail tenants.  The intent was to further strengthen the community’s live/work/play strategy, and integrate multiple uses within a walkable environment.  Vehicular and pedestrian connectivity, both internally and externally, to a variety of entertainment, office and retail opportunities, was paramount to the plan’s success.
