WHO WE ARE

OKW is a studio of planners, architects, and strategists. Our goal is to creatively reposition our clients’ assets for maximum relevance and value.

These range from ground-up developments to adaptive re-uses and renovations.

WHAT WE DO

With deep expertise across a broad array of markets and project types, we bring a new layer of thinking to each undertaking.

Spaces today are blurring the lines between retail and hospitality, healthcare and housing. To meet the increasing complexity of the real estate landscape, we bring a little of each to the brainstorming process.
