Zach’s passion for architecture stems from his lifelong pursuit of “crafting beautiful things.” He finds inspiration in objects and spaces that have survived the test of time, from Greco-Roman ruins to antiques found in a flea market. During his travels with his family, he discovered that combining old and new elements can highlight the best features of each time. Not long afterward, he was on a path to architecture school, which culminated in a degree from Virginia Tech.
After working in Virginia and Washington DC, Zach made his way to Chicago and brought with him his experience in commercial, mixed-use, and multifamily projects. When he’s not donning his architectural cap, you can find him antiquing, playing tennis in summer, and skiing in winter.
