As OKW’s Office and Human Resources Manager, Renee’s commitment to our staff is made clear every day. From her relentless pursuit to elevate the employee culture to her insistence that everything be perfect for holiday parties, staff meetings, and monthly wellness initiatives, she expects nothing but imaginative approaches to everyday life. In addition to handling all of OKW’s Human Resources functions, Renee leads the firm’s Wellness Committee, which puts on monthly programs that range from personal wellness to fun, interactive challenges.

With a master’s degree in counseling from DePaul University and an undergraduate degree from Loyola, Renee has been a devoted Chicago citizen her entire life. Although she earned the communication and problem-solving skills necessary to succeed in her role through her studies, it is her appreciation for art and architecture that has allowed her to thrive in the industry.

Outside the office, Renee is planning her next European vacation with her husband, working out with her colleagues, and finding the perfect Aperol Spritz.
