Thanks to our visionary clients and excellent partners in construction, our mixed-use and fully-leased development in Fulton Market has won a Preservation Excellence Award from the City of Chicago. We’re incredibly proud of the entire team for the amazing work in contextually reimagining the site.

As architects and designers, there’s something special about working on a school. Our biggest and most visible project for the Noble Schools network involved creating a new entry, plaza, and lounges for Johnson College Prep in Englewood. And now it’s a finalist for the Chicago Building Congress Merit Awards!
